Access to unlimited Small-Group Training sessions per 4-week cycle. Membership is billed in 4-week cycles instead of monthly. 

SILVER (8x)

Access to 8 Small-Group Training sessions per 4-week cycle. Membership is billed in 4-week cycles instead of monthly.  Sessions expire at the end of each 4-week cycle. 

BLACK (4x)

Access to 4 Small-Group Training sessions per 4-week cycle. Membership is billed in 4-week cycles instead of monthly.  Sessions expire at the end of each 4-week cycle.

Build

A 55-minute workout centered on compound  barbell movements, focused on creating strength and perfecting form.  - Upper Body Training Days: Mondays and Thursdays  - Lower Body Training Days: Tuesdays and Fridays

A 55-minute moderate intensity, strength-based full body workout designed to build muscle & burn fat. Workouts are designed around dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight

Not seeing results or don't know where to start? Looking for a new challenge and trying to take your fitness to the next level? Have an injury or condition that you need help learning to work out with? Intro to Private Training offers (3) 1-hour sessions at a discounted rate with a goal of kick starting your individual goals. $199
