A graduate in Health and Exercise Science, from Virginia Commonwealth University. Brendan has had experience training all age ranges and from all backgrounds in health. He started initially training children with disabilities, including those with autism and Down syndrome. He then moved on to train individuals who had recently suffered cardiac events, aiding in the return to daily function. His approach is centered on creating individualized, supportive fitness programs tailored to unique needs and abilities. By focusing on personalized routines and fostering a positive, encouraging environment, he aims to enhance physical fitness, build confidence, and support overall development. In his free time he is playing sports with friends, watching football, or spending time with his family. An avid learner who enjoys different perspectives on life.
