Emily is a DC area native, University of Virginia grad, public school teacher, and longtime Bodymass member turned trainer. Through her own training, she has become a believer in strength training as a means of empowerment, both physically and mentally. There is nothing Emily enjoys more than combining her passion for fitness, nutrition, and wellness with her skill as an educator to inspire and equip others to make positive changes in their lives. Emily loves working with individuals who are up for a challenge and interested in learning, getting stronger, and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones. Outside of the gym, Emily is a full-time kindergarten teacher. She enjoys walks and hikes with her dog, word games, coffee shops, and photography. Emily does Group Training & Private Training at Bodymass Arlington.
