Originally from Somerset, NJ, Matt completed his degree at William & Mary and ultimately came to the DC area. With six years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Matt thrives off training motivated client who is eager to learn and has a strong drive to improve their strength and body composition. Matt is a great educator for all of his clients, whether in a group or individual setting, by sharing his background in biology and biomechanics. When he's not at Bodymass, you can find Matt watching TV shows & movies, studying chess, or playing with his pets.
