Semi-private training is our exclusive group workout program that provides you with a customized program based on your goals and needs. These sessions are capped at 5 participants to allow ample attention from our team of coaches. The Semi-Private Training process begins with a 30-minute Success Session which includes an in-person movement screen and goal setting meeting which will allow our coaches to design a program that is tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Small-group training consists of Blast & Build, two different types of strength workouts that are each 60 minutes long. With a maximum of 10 participants per workout, Bodymass provides a more individualized approach with a group workout feel:
Build is a strength based program that allows you to build muscle, improve strength, and perfect lifting technique. Build workouts utilize barbells and dumbbells, and have an emphasis on mobility and reducing risk of injury.
Blast is a full body strength workout With a focus on tri-sets, you’ll be completing upper body, lower body and core exercises to help build strength, improve conditioning, and find confidence in a gym atmosphere.
