Bodymass Gym trainers focus on providing research based programming that are tailored to the individual client's goals, training experience, and schedule. There are no cookie cutter programs, or set training styles at Bodymass Gym. Personal training is about the individual and we take integrated approach to providing the quickest route to success.
The Bodymass Coaching program is designed for the individual looking for guidance, accountability and a customized program, but the flexibility of not having to meet with a trainer multiple times per week. The program consists of weekly check-ins, body composition tracking, a customized program and can be paired with nutrition coaching to kickstart your results. This program can be delivered either in person or online.
Bodymass Blast is Bodymass Gym's small-group training program. With no more than 10 people in each group, Bodymass Blast allows for much more trainer interaction, coaching, and customization than traditional large classes. This strength-based class focuses on providing a total-body workout that is up-tempo, but also functional. All exercises can be progressed or regressed based on a client's training experience and mobility, allowing for customization for each individual participant.
