Bodymass is excited to launch our newest service: Semi-Private Training. This option allows you to have the personalized feel of private training, but within a group atmosphere. Our trainers will create the most optimal program for your goals and will provide necessary progressive adjustments.
Groups are capped at 5, so each person receives individualized coaching throughout the entire workout.
