Each morning you will receive an email link for that day’s workout which allows you to complete your daily workout at the most convenient time for you. The schedule is as follows:
While all of our virtual workouts are designed to be bodyweight only, we do provide progressions if you have some equipment at home! Our trainers will provide detailed cueing of how to accurately perform each exercise, demonstrate what proper form looks like, and provide encouragement each day.
